At Simmonds Island Seasoning, we take pride in delivering high-quality Jamaican Seasoning. Please review policy below.

Damages or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we're happy to help.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A replacement or
  • a refund (at our discretion)

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • USPS or shipping carriers
  • incorrect addresses provided at checkout

 

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened items for health and safety reasons.
